Im disappointed that was a honeymoon and experienced this. They took us to airport too early on departure, we sat in the airport for 5 hours before flight took off. There was no check in from butler the day of departure. Checkout was terrible they didn't tell us what time the shuttle was coming. I tried contacting the butler manager and the manager never responded to me. There was no effort to do anything special for us. One day we pre-ordered food the night before and it never arrived we had to place order again. I asked for a pen to fill out our weekly planner because ours was not filled out and never got a pen. We had to reach out to butler several times to get things done. I was told we were supposed to get sung to when we arrived, we didn't. We have stayed at other resorts in the past that had butler service which were three times cheaper than Sandals and much superior service. We wanted to know what it was like to pay for all the bells and whistles. We chose to do our honeymoon at Sandals because it was a honeymoon we wanted to spurge and do it first class. The resort itself was very nice, the restaurants were amazing! The butler service on the other hand was a disappointment.
